FOOD + DRINK

We have a terrific menu being prepared for us by Hill Country Heritage Catering. It will include appetizers of quail medallions, personal charcuterie boxes, a filet mignon entree with mashed potatoes, and, for dessert, Oreo cheesecake and lemon bundt cake.

We'll kick off at 4 PM with drinks and appetizers. Dinner will be served at about 6 PM.

EARLY BIRD BONUS

This drawing for a Henry rifle is for the first ten table purchasers only and is completely separate from and in addition to all other table gun giveaways and drawings. Tables at any level are eligible, including Big Five, Three Amigos, and Sable.

THREE AMIGOS TABLE

Known as 'the three amigos', Addax, Dama Gazelle, and Scimitar Horned Oryx are favorites with hunters.

Table sponsors at this level get ten dinner seats, one chance in the drawing for the Table Gun Giveaway, a table gift, an open bar, plus recognition in event publications.

SABLE TABLE

$2,000 TABLE SPONSOR

Sable antelope are striking, elusive, and prized by African plains game hunters.

These tickets are for individual seats at the dinner, with a cash bar.
