Board of Directors – Shoot For Pink Foundation


A native of Jackson, Montana, Dale Royer is an avid outdoorsman, accomplished archer, and lifelong firearm enthusiast. His passion for competitive shooting has taken him across the globe, earning him multiple spots on United States Shooting Teams in the events of Olympic Trap and Double Trap. Dale has proudly represented the U.S. in 18 international trips to 10 different countries, all in pursuit of his Olympic dream.


Dale continues to compete at a high level alongside his wife, Caitlin Connor, who is the head coach of the Schreiner University Shotgun Team in Kerrville, Texas. Together, they dedicate their time to growing the sport of competitive shotgun shooting nationwide. Dale actively volunteers with the Schreiner team, sharing his experience and supporting the next generation of competitive shooters.


In addition to his passion for shooting sports, Dale enjoys art, pottery, traveling, and cooking. His creative spirit and commitment to excellence bring a unique perspective to the Shoot For Pink Foundation’s mission to support breast cancer research, crucial cancer medical diagnostic equipment and patient care.
